About Steps Learning Center: We're a groundbreaking microschool dedicated to serving neurodiverse K-8 children (ages 5-14) with moderate to significant needs. Our ability-centered approach integrates academics, life skills, and therapy in small group settings, preparing our students for independence and success in the real world.

What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized, ability-centered instruction in small groups
- Integrate academic learning with practical life skills
- Support students' social-emotional development and independence
- Collaborate with our therapy team for holistic student support
- Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with students and families
Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or ESE (Exceptional Student Education)
📚 Experience in a self-contained classroom or similar environment
💝 Experience working with children with moderate to significant needs
💫 Passion for innovative, personalized education
🌈 Creative problem-solving skills
❤️ Genuine love for working with neurodiverse learners
