KaiPod Learning is creating a microschool network where students learn at their own pace using a digital curriculum, get in-person academic support from an educator, and socialize with their peers.

We support microschools in two different ways.

  • We operate learning pods across the country, where students gather at KaiPod Learning Centers, working on a personalized learning curriculum, and benefiting from the guidance of highly qualified Learning Coaches.
  • We partner with entrepreneurial founders to launch and grow microschools in their local communities. Our partners operate unique microschools relying on proven pedagogies (e.g., project-based, Montessori) targeting specific student audiences (e.g., gifted students, neurodiverse students, student-athletes).

Through this work, KaiPod Learning will connect 1 million students around the world through the power of microschooling.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our growth is driven by the success and expansion of our Partner Network, and the Partner Success Lead role is pivotal to this strategy. As a Partner Success Lead at KaiPod Learning, you will be the primary point of contact for our microschool founders, ensuring they receive the support, resources, and guidance necessary to thrive. Your role will directly impact partner satisfaction, retention, and the overall scalability of our network.

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with microschool founders, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to help partners optimize their operations and achieve their goals.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new partners to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Support KaiPod team with Partner operations (e.g. billing, reconciliation payments, Newton by KaiPod Learning support)
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, newsletters, and community-building activities.
  • Gather feedback from partners to inform product development and enhance service offerings.

More specifically, we are looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support partners.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and other relevant tools to manage partner relationships and track performance.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
